Frequently asked questions
Do guests have to download an app?
No. They scan the QR and the menu opens in the browser. To order at the table they don't even leave their details.
Does POSMI process payments?
No. The guest chooses how to pay (cash, card, Mercado Pago or whatever you accept) and your team collects as usual. No commission on sales.
Can I run happy hour prices?
Yes, with the Sales module: set up a section with days and hours and it shows up on the menu by itself. Try it free for 1 month.
What if a keg runs dry?
Switch it off with one tap and it disappears from the menu. If you picked a replacement, the menu offers that instead.
Free, really? Where's the catch?
